Windsor Park Lakes Home Owners Association Board
The Windsor Park Lakes Home Owners Association Board meets every month at the clubhouse at 6:30 PM and any homeowner may attend. If you have a specific issue that you would like to address with the Board, please email Staci seven days before the meeting to be put on the agenda. The Annual Meeting is held in October of each year.

Windsor Park Lakes Declaration of Covenants
The purpose of deed restrictions in your neighborhood is to protect and enhance property values. Included in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions ("Deed Restrictions") are guidelines for initial construction, perpetual maintenance and property use. Each resident agrees to abide by the Deed Restrictions when purchasing a home in Windsor Park Lakes. The style and standards of the community are established by the Deed Restrictions for the benefit of the residents. The Deed Restrictions are developed and recorded by the developer before the first home is constructed and, at a certain point, assigned to the Windsor Park Lakes Home Owners Association, Inc. to ensure the Deed Restrictions are followed by residents. Each resident should be familiar with the Deed Restrictions.

Windsor Park Lakes Architectural Changes & Reviews
The Home Owners Association is responsible for ensuring that all architectural changes done to the residences are in accordance with the architectural guidelines. You received these Deed Restrictions upon moving into the community. All improvements must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.
