Tennis Court Rules
- The tennis courts are available for use by residents and their guests. Residents must be current on their assessments.
- Residents are responsible for their guests at all times and must be present during guest usage.
- Tennis courts are to be used for tennis only.
- No bicycles, scooters, skateboards, or rollerblades are allowed. With the exception of tennis balls, no other balls of any kind are allowed.
- No animals are allowed on the courts at any time.
- No glass containers are allowed on the courts or waiting area.
- Smoking is prohibited at all times on the tennis court.
- Please turn lights OFF when leaving the tennis courts.
- Lights must be turned off no later than 11:00 PM.
- If people are waiting to play, limit the use of tennis courts to 1-1/2 hours for singles tennis or 2 hours for doubles tennis.
- Proper tennis shoes must be worn. Proper tennis etiquette must be followed.
- A maximum of 4 people are allowed on each court at any time.
- Violations of any rules will be reported to the proper authorities.
