Swimming Pool Rules

• The pool is available for use only by residents and their guests.  Residents must be current on their assessments.
• Residents must sign in all users.  Residents are responsible for their guests at all times and must be present during guest usage.
• All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age.
• Persons under the age of 10 are not allowed in the spa.
• Lifeguards are not responsible for the supervision of the baby pool.
• Suitable swim attire is required at all times.  No cutoffs allowed.  Swim diapers are required.
• No glass containers are allowed in pool or beach area.
• Smoking is prohibited at all times in the pool area.
• No alcohol is permitted in the pool area.
• Small floating devices may be allowed only upon the lifeguard’s discretion.
• No running or rough play is allowed.
• No climbing or diving off the rocks surrounding the waterfalls is allowed.
• No loud music or obnoxious behavior is allowed.
• No animals are allowed in pool area.
• No diving is allowed.
• After leaving the beach area, all sand must be washed off in the shower before entering the pool.
• There will be a designated ten-minute rest period every hour.
• No swimming is allowed after designated swimming hours, unless special arrangements have been made through SCS Management at 281-463-1777.
• Reservations for private parties in the pool area may be made by residents through SCS Management at 281-463-1777. Rental fees and cleanup fees may be assessed.
• Additional lifeguards will be required for all parties and the costs will be paid by the resident. Lifeguards must be hired through the Greater Houston Pool Management at 713-771-7665.
• Private parties do not retain exclusive use of the pool area during regular pool hours.  The pool will remain available for residents' use during that time.
• If the pool rules are disregarded, the lifeguards may, upon their discretion, request that the pool user leave the premises.
• Violations of any rules will be reported to the proper authorities.
• Report any problems to SCS Management at 281-463-1777.
