North and South Gates Entry and Exit Guidelines

Windsor Park Lakes (“WPL”) is a gated community. A gated community needs shared guidelines for entrance and exit to ensure activities at the gates operate in the best interest of the community. The purpose of the package recently sent to you, is to provide information and guidelines to residents for entrance and exit at the North gate and South gate of WPL. Positive results will occur to the benefit of each of us as residents when we do our best to follow the guidelines.

As of June 15, 2007, U.S. Securities Associates, Inc. (“USS”) is providing courtesy officers at the North entrance gate. The goal is to maintain limited access at the North gate to visitors, service providers and contractors. As residents, it is our responsibility to assist in supporting this goal.

The courtesy officers work from a set of operating procedures known as “Post Orders”. These were developed jointly between USS and the Windsor Park Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. In your package, the enclosed “North and South Gates Guidelines” (“Guidelines”) are taken from these Post Orders and are for the benefit of residents as our operating procedures.

 In addition to the Guidelines, we have sent out:

1. Resident Security Information Form (“RSIF”) 
2. Instructions for completing the form
3. A copy of the form completed earlier this year (your copy only, if completed)

Each resident is asked to do the following:

• Carefully review the Guidelines
• Review the form previously completed and update for the latest information
• If a form was not previously completed, fill out the blank RSIF (more than one may be submitted as needed)
