Exercise Room Rules
- This room is available for use as an exercise facility to residents and their guests. Residents must be current on their assessments.
- An indemnification/release agreement must be signed by each resident prior to using the exercise facility.
- Residents are responsible for their guests at all times and must be present during guest usage.
- Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed inside the exercise facility unless accompanied by an adult.
- Residents are responsible for supervising their children in the facility.
- No animals are allowed in the exercise facility at any time.
- Smoking is prohibited at all times in the exercise facility.
- Follow all instructions for operating the exercise equipment. Remember to consult a physician before starting a new workout regime.
- Limit workout on each machine to 30 minutes per person during peak periods.
- Clean or wipe off the machines and equipment after each use.
- Remember to take all trash and personal articles with you when you leave.
- Remember to turn off the television, fans, and lights when leaving.
- Leave thermostat at 60F during the heating season and 80F in the cooling season.
- Violations of any rules will be reported to the proper authorities.
