Clubhouse Rental Rules
- The clubhouse is available only for neighborhood meetings and residents' social functions unless authorized by the Board.
- Reservations may be made only by residents, if they are current on their assessment, by calling SCS Management at 281-463-1777.
- The rental fee and clean-up deposit must be paid in advance.
- Residents are responsible for their guests at all times and must be present during the function.
- The resident making the reservation is responsible for checking the facility prior to usage to ensure everything is in working order. SCS Management should be contacted at 281-463-1777 for any repairs prior to and after the function.
- Residents reserving the clubhouse are responsible for set-up and clean-up. Trash must be placed in the provided containers outside of the clubhouse.
- Decorations must be attached as to leave no visible damage to the building's walls and surfaces.
- Smoking is prohibited at all times inside the clubhouse.
- Alcoholic beverages may be served only at adult functions. Alcohol may not be served to any person under 21 years of age.
- Music and noise must be kept to a reasonable level both inside and outside of the clubhouse.
- Swimming in the pool will only be permitted with lifeguards on duty. Lifeguards must be hired through the Greater Houston Pool Management at 713-771-7665.
- The outside patio area by the pool is available for use at adult only functions. If a function involves children you must hire a lifeguard to use the outside patio area. Lifeguards must be hired through the Greater Houston Pool Management at 713-771-7665.
- No wet swimsuits are allowed in the clubhouse.
- No animals are allowed in the clubhouse at any time.
- Thermostats may be adjusted as needed. Before exiting the building, return the thermostats to 80F during the cooling season and 60F during the heating season.
- Vacate the premises by 12:00 midnight unless prior approval has been obtained.
- Violation of any rules will be reported to the proper authorities.

YOU MUST CONTACT SCS MANAGEMENT AT 281-463-1777 TO CHECK AVAILABITY AND RESERVE YOUR DATE BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY RENTAL FORMS. FORMS SUBMITTED WITHOUT A CONFIRMED RESERVATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
